To upgrade and enrich their knowledge they are motivated to attend summer and winter career development programmes, seminars, workshops, symposiums and conferences at national international levels. Publishing research papers besides attending summer courses/ programmes acquaint them with the insight of modern practical environment, and the most sophisticated technology.
To its credit the first year has its own infrastructure and faculty well guided by the Head in charge. All the departments have heads to assess the work and schedule. Technical staff supports the faculty to their best in conducting the practical in a systematic way.
The institute has well equipped laboratories, with supporting instructors, technical assistants, and attendants. Due to this over and above the routine teaching the faculty is also involved in specialized testing and consultancy activities.
