Cancellation of admission
 
 
   
The candidate should have taken admission by paying necessary tuition fee and should have submitted original certificates before he/she applies for cancellation. In case candidate fails to submit any of the original documents within the allowed time limit, the admission shall be treated as cancelled. Refund of fees shall not be applicable to such candidates.

If the candidate desires to cancel his or her admission for any reason whatsoever during the admission process, he or she shall be allowed to do so and it shall be presumed that admission is cancelled at that stage.

    The candidate desiring to cancel the admission shall apply for cancellation in the proforma available in the office.
   
Refund of Fee
 
     
    For candidates admitted through Central Admission Process, rules prescribed by    Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra State shall be applicable.
     For Management Quota Rules published by All India Council for Technical Education and other competent authorities will be followed.
